Dibble is excited to welcome Travis Biggs as Project Manager and Utah Airport Development Lead. In this role, Travis will take the lead in launching and growing the firm’s new Orem office while supporting airport sponsors across Utah with capital program planning, grant strategies, compliance, and project delivery.

With more than a decade of hands on airport management experience, including his role as Airport Manager for Heber Valley Airport, Travis brings a strong understanding of airport operations, funding, and stakeholder engagement. His leadership within Utah’s aviation community and his commitment to building strong, sustainable airport systems aligned closely with Dibble’s Living Company model.

The team looks forward to the impact Travis will make as Dibble continues supporting Utah’s growing aviation needs.
