Arizona Center Renovations

Revitalizing the Arizona Center in Downtown Phoenix

Dibble was proud to play a role in the remodel of the iconic Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix, delivering survey, civil engineering, and limited construction administration services for the high-profile project.

Civil engineering efforts included creating a new valet area with a breezeway, decorative pavement, and sidewalks that enhanced both function and aesthetics. The project also replaced escalators with elevators to improve accessibility and flow throughout the campus. Dibble supported this effort by assisting with replatting to allow for elevator placement in pedestrian areas.

Additional services included developing offsite pavement maintenance agreements for pavers located within the right of way and coordinating connections from upgraded onsite ADA access points to the surrounding streets. Our team also provided drainage improvements and ADA upgrades across the exterior building and hardscape plaza areas, helping create a more accessible and resilient space.

Dibble further supported the City of Phoenix site plan and permitting processes, ensuring a smooth path from design to implementation.

These improvements reflect a thoughtful approach to revitalizing one of downtown Phoenix’s most recognizable destinations, blending modern accessibility and functionality with the Arizona Center’s established character.
