Facility Pavement Improvements

Dibble recently completed a pavement replacement project for the APS Payson Facility at 400 West Longhorn Drive in Payson, Arizona. Our team provided survey, design, bidding, and construction administration services for the full removal and replacement of the facility’s asphalt pavement.

To minimize disruption to operations, the project was designed and executed in up to four phases, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
