Improving Access and Care

Dibble engineered the improvements at the Banner University Medical Center Phoenix site. This work included a new sewer connection that was permitted through the City of Phoenix with a technical appeal handled by Dibble. Other improvements include re-striping the existing parking deck east of the building, addressing erosion issues adjacent to the parking deck, adding an east/west connector sidewalk to the lower parking lot north of the building, creating an ADA accessible ramp for the lower parking lot to the building level, resurfacing the lower parking lot north of the building, and designing a parking lot extension at northwest corner of the site.
