Dibble was part of the design team for the second phase of the MD Anderson Cancer Center at the Banner Gateway Medical Center. Dibble worked closely with the architect to connect the new 96,000 sf facility to the existing cancer center building. Consideration was taken to ensure the existing drainage facilities and utilities were maintained and utilized for this new development. Additional site considerations included improvements to the existing RV parking facilities. As part of the Design Review Board submittal, a future 1,050 space parking garage and future tower were included for planning purposes.
