Formerly known at Site 6, Chandler 87, the site is owned by the City and located at the northwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chicago Street in downtown Chandler, Az. The City combined 23 vacant parcels to create the site that is reserved for cultural and entertainment use, and will include the development of three buildings. Plans call for a five-story, 115 feet tall, 100KSF office building, including a potential ground floor retail/restaurant component, standalone retail/restaurant building and a two-story office building. The third building, along Chicago Street, will be approximately 45KSF. The City will eventually add a parking garage along the west side of Oregon Street.
During the initial design phase, Dibble provided utility research and assisted with preliminary design concepts for the site development, including on-site and off-site improvements.
