Dibble provided survey services to the City of Goodyear for the Goodyear Ballpark. This project included services for the abandonment of right-of-way (ROW) within the Goodyear Ballpark

Dibble utilized Global Position System (GPS) to locate pertinent section control, boundary markers, and necessary features on site to properly delineate right of way for abandonment. This information was used in preparing and processing a ROW Abandonment Application and Re-Plat of Lot 10 within the Ballpark Village.

A title report was ordered and a bluestake utility ticket prepared for location of existing utility easements. Final deliverables were the approval of the ROW Abandonment Application and Re-Plat of Lot 10 in the Ballpark Village.
