Supporting the development of the City of Goodyear and Spring Training facilities for the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds.

Dibble provided survey services to the City of Goodyear for the Goodyear Ballpark. This project included services for the abandonment of right-of-way (ROW) within the Goodyear Ballpark

Dibble used Global Positioning System (GPS) to locate pertinent section control, boundary markers, and necessary features on site to properly delineate ROW for abandonment. Our team used this information to prepare and process a ROW abandonment application and re-plat of Lot 10 within the Ballpark Village.

Additionally, we ordered a title report and prepared a bluestake utility ticket to locate existing utility easements. Final deliverables were the approval of the ROW abandonment application and re-plat of Lot 10 in the Ballpark Village.
