Designing for Tempe’s Future in Sustainability, Education, the Arts, and Efficiency

IDEA Tempe is a phased development that focuses on bringing new biotechnology and technology companies to Tempe. The 18-acre, 1 million sq ft project includes five commercial buildings with restaurant and retail space, two parking structures, as well as a 40,000 sq ft of arts rehearsal and classroom space.

I.D.E.A. stands for Innovation, Discovery, Education and Arts. The campus is located adjacent to Tempe Center for the Arts near Tempe Town Lake.

Dibble is providing survey and civil engineering services for the IDEA Tempe – Phase 1 project located on the north side of Rio Salado Parkway and west of the Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA)
