Dibble supported the architect and landscape architect in redeveloping the Camelback Esplanade site. This innovative project has since earned multiple awards, recognizing its forward-thinking design and successful delivery.

he project was distinctive for its specialized retention system, which had been grandfathered into the City’s stormwater management program. Dibble guided the owner through the approval process, securing City authorization to bypass a full civil permitting review—allowing construction to begin ahead of schedule and without modifications to the existing on-site stormwater system. The redevelopment included a complete refresh of the interior walkways, a new speed table to improve pedestrian safety between buildings, and a redesigned trash enclosure.
