Fort Morgan City Campus Fieldhouse

Fort Morgan is a historic city located in the northeastern part of the state of Colorado, United States. Situated on the banks of the South Platte River, Fort Morgan has a rich and diverse history that spans back to the early 1800s. Today, Fort Morgan is a thriving community with a population of more than 11,000 residents, Fort Morgan is a commercial, industrial, and recreational hub for Northeast Colorado which projects continued growth and a focus on sustainability and renewable energy.

Dibble was selected to provide design and programming services for a new city campus/complex on a 25-acre parcel of land at Fort Morgan, Colorado. The design included a 70,000-square-foot recreation/fieldhouse facility and associated site development. The fieldhouse is considered a strong pillar in the community. Dibble’s scope of work covered the extension of roadways, water, sewer, and dry utilities. Dibble provided survey, grading and drainage, and utilities to accommodate the facility.

The building achieved LEED BD+C certification.
