Dibble provided civil engineering services for Hyatt Place Hotel on the Northeast Corner for Adams Street and 2nd Avenue. The Hyatt is an 8 Story building that includes 238 guest rooms, meeting rooms and fitness center at street level on .6 acres of land that was previously used as a parking lot.

In addition to civil improvements, we also supported the traffic studies and the design of the valet area, including modifying existing metered parking on Adams Street to accommodate a valet drop-off area. Modifications also eliminated existing driveways to improve the pedestrian experience and replaced metered parking. Dibble provided a unique configuration for underground storm water retention in the alley accommodating a tight space along with other utilities not visible from street view.
