As a consultant, Dibble completed an Engineering Analysis and Recommendations (EAR) study for Lake Havasu City, which identified the most cost-effective solution for the long-term improvement of the City’s system of washes. The team developed the proposed improvements included in the EAR to the schematic level, with the intention that final design of the projects programmed for each year would be conducted annually. During the first two years, the team completed final design and produced construction documents for the following projects:

• Dayton Wash 6: Bunker Drive to Tee Drive
• Hillside Wash 5: Daniel Drive to Avalon Avenue
• Havasupai Wash 2: Aviation Drive to London Bridge Road
• Other long-term bank protection and critical bank repairs
