In 2015, Dibble Engineering, as a consultant, completed the Engineering Analysis and Recommendations (EAR) study which identified the most cost-effective solution for the long-term improvement of the City’s system of washes. The proposed improvements included in the EAR we developed to the schematic level, with the intention that final design of the projects programmed for each year, will be conducted annually, based off that program. This scope of services represents the first and second annual final design efforts with the goal of producing construction documents for the following projects:

• Dayton Wash 6   Bunker Dr. to Tee Dr.
• Hillside Wash 5   Daniel Dr. to Avalon Ave.
• Havasupai Wash 2   Aviation Dr. to London Bridge Rd.
• Other Long-Term Bank Protection and Critical Bank Repairs
