Mosaic Quarter Development at Kino Sports

Pima County is transforming 90 acres south of I-10 into Mosaic Quarter—a billion-dollar sports and entertainment complex developed in three phases through a public-private partnership. Mosaic Quarter will offer space for entertainment, recreational, and collegiate sports, including ice hockey, basketball, and soccer.

Phase 1 includes a 175,000-sf iceplex, 131,000-sf fieldhouse, and a central utility plant. Dibble is providing civil engineering services for site development, including roadway design, utility infrastructure, mass grading, stormwater retention, and bridge design. Additional services include water, sewer, and fire connections to support the new facilities.

The Field House will be a hub of indoor sports in Southern Arizona.
Iceplex will be the premier center for ice sports in Southern Arizona
