Dibble served as the civil engineer for the Dilkon Health Center, a new 145,000 sf inpatient and outpatient medical facility located in the Dilkon Community, Navajo Nation. The $57M facility serves the healthcare needs of a large portion of the Navajo Nation within Arizona and parts of New Mexico. This facility includes level 3 emergency/trauma treatment, 12-bed impatient care, primary care, eye care, dental care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and support services. The site is approximately 43-acres with approximately 20-feet of fall across the site allowing for creating grading solutions to a complex site. At the southern end of the site is an existing wash that is maintained. An analysis was performed to determine the proper development offset from this wash so new improvements will not be impacted by future potential bank erosion.
