Dibble provided civil engineering services for the expansion of the two-story College of Engineering and Natural Sciences building on two acres of Northern Arizona University’s campus in Flagstaff. Site elements for this Construction Manager at Risk project included grading and drainage to alleviate existing drainage issues and to accommodate new improvements, site work for the building expansion, and utility coordination. New concrete and asphalt paving provided vehicle and pedestrian access to the building and new fire lane improvements bring the site into compliance with local code requirements.

The project is LEED® Gold Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
