The iconic PALMtower project is located on the Arizona Center campus and is a 352-unit, 481,300-sf residential tower. With a variety of amenities—including gardens, balconies, a large outdoor area, and a dog park—PALMtower offers a unique communal living experience in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The 29-story tower boasts seven floors of parking to accommodate more than 350 parking spaces, an amenity floor, and 21 floors with residences.

Dibble supported the team in the traffic and site planning phase with the City of Phoenix. Our team provided grading and site design, including a compact concrete precast retention tank solution to fit between the ground-level amenities and structural columns on a tight footprint. Dibble worked with the owner and Cordia to relocate chilled water lines and provided utility design, which involved working with the City on a technical appeal for the sewer design. We supported the owner with APS design, provided topographic and ALTA surveys, and worked with the City on a bus stop relocation and abandonment of an existing bus bay.
