Dibble provided site civil design for the Rancho Montana Apartments located at 7th Street north of Broadway Road in Phoenix.
This in-fill HUD project is located on approximately 2.5-acres and consists of four resident buildings and a pool/recreation facility.
Due to the high development density of the site, innovative methods were utilized to ensure the project met the on-site retention requirements of the City of Phoenix while minimizing the retention impact on the development of the site. The site was compact, but still provided recreational opportunities for the residents.
