Rescue Oasis: Swim Center, Community Park, and Fire Station 309

Dibble provided civil design services for Rescue Oasis, a 19-acre development featuring a new fire station, aquatic center, and public park, all constructed simultaneously. The project included roadway improvements at Cactus Road and Perryville Road, with a new traffic signal and road extension.

The aquatic center featured a recreational pool with slides, a diving/warm-up pool, and a 50-meter competition pool.

The fire station included four apparatus bays, a decontamination room, two EMS rooms, 10 dorms, a command training center, and a small police substation with secured parking.

Dibble’s services included surveying, site plan review, traffic study, grading and drainage design, utility planning, fire protection, stormwater facilities, and utility extensions.
