Dibble provided the survey and civil engineering services to the Town of Sahuarita in the construction of the Sahuarita Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Center (SAMTEC). The 32,000-square-foot multi-tenant advanced manufacturing center is located on a 4.5-acre site on La Canada Drive and is the first of its kind in Sahuarita.

SAMTEC includes approximately 32,000-sf of development and approximately 180 parking spaces along with other site amenities.
Dibble provided topographic survey, re-platting of the site, water line extension supporting water and fire service, sanitary sewer line extension supporting project needs, and a traffic study.
