Sheriffs Office Warehouse Durango Campus
Building Solutions: Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Warehouse
Dibble provided civil engineering services for the new Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Warehouse, a project that centralizes the Sheriff’s Office warehousing operations on the County’s Durango Campus near 27th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. The new one-story warehouse strengthens the efficiency of operations while bringing vital resources closer to existing facilities.

One of the project’s biggest challenges was its location within a floodplain. Dibble engaged with multiple stakeholders to develop a solution that minimized both design disruptions and costs for the County. Our team led the floodplain permitting process and coordinated closely with reviewing agencies to keep the project moving forward.
Beyond floodplain permitting, Dibble also delivered site layout, grading, and utility design, navigating approvals through Maricopa County Planning and Development, the City of Phoenix, and the State of Arizona Fire Marshal. By bringing technical expertise and proactive collaboration to the table, Dibble helped ensure the warehouse was delivered efficiently and in full compliance with local and state requirements.
The result is a facility that not only supports the Sheriff’s Office operations but also reflects the value of teamwork, problem-solving, and thoughtful engineering in serving the community.
