Sossaman 202 Industrial Park

The Sossaman 202 project was a master-planned industrial park located at the southwest corner of Sossaman Road and Warner Road, developed in three phases with nine buildings across 112 acres. Many of the buildings, ranging from 88,000 to 494,000 square feet, included warehouse docking facilities. Dibble provided civil engineering services for all three phases, with Phase 1 contracted separately from Phases 2 and 3.

Services included survey, platting, PAD support, drainage, civil design, and construction administration for both on-site and off-site improvements. On-site improvements included channel design, grading and drainage, utility investigations, utility design, civil site planning, and topographic surveying. Off-site services included a hydrology study for off-site flows, hydraulic calculations for flow conveyance and culverts, and roadway design for Sossaman and Warner Roads.

Dibble coordinated with multiple agencies, including the City of Mesa, ADOT, and the Maricopa County Flood Control District.
