The BLVD Parking Structure

Dibble provided civil design and construction phase services for the new BLVD Parking Structure, an essential component for the BLVD district’s continued success and growth.
The BLVD Parking Structure anchors the up-and-coming live, work, and play destination, serving as the primary threshold for transitioning from their vehicles to onsite district amenities. The 400-car, three-level structure contributes 100 spaces for park-and-ride users and 300 spaces for district guests and provides a usable area to host small event gatherings on the top deck.
Dibble provided the design for managing stormwater quantity and quality, adhering to the district’s master drainage plan and jurisdictional requirements. In addition to grading and drainage design, Dibble supported the design team in making recommendations for value engineering.
The site was previously developed as a parking lot with small retention basins and a landscaped corridor. Adjacent infrastructure has been partially developed to support the existing mixed-use facilities and future high-density residential.
