Building a Sustainable Future: Dibble Leads Civil Design for Gateway East XNRGY Development

Dibble served as Civil Project Manager for the Gateway East XNRGY Development in Mesa, Arizona, providing complete civil design and construction-phase services for on-site and off-site improvements across a 275-acre business park located northeast of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

The project established Gateway East as a premier, sustainable industrial campus, anchored by XNRGY’s 275,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility—the company’s first in the United States. Opened in 2025, the facility is part of a $300 million investment projected to generate more than 1,200 new jobs in the region.
