Zayo Group Communications Telecommunications Facility
Delivering Critical Infrastructure in Buckeye
Dibble was part of the team that completed a telecommunications facility on Highway 85 in Buckeye, Arizona for the Denver-based Zoyo Group, strengthening the region’s communications infrastructure. Dibble played a key role in the project by preparing a detailed drainage report to address both off-site and on-site flows that could impact the facility. Our team also developed grading plans to implement the necessary site improvements. It established the minimum finished floor elevation for the building and its generator pad to ensure long-term resiliency.

In collaboration with the project architect, HOCH, Dibble guided the civil permitting process with Maricopa County, helping to streamline approvals and keep the project moving forward. During construction, we provided limited administration services, including review of as-built drawings, and served as the Engineer of Record to finalize the project.
Through this effort, Dibble supported the delivery of a reliable telecommunications facility that will serve as a critical asset for the community.
