Duane Dana

Senior Project Manager and Adventurer

Tell us about your hobby.
I love spending time with my family and friends in the mountains. My favorite hobby is to hike to remote places with an interesting history or significance. These adventures recharge my batteries and remind me of what is really important in life.

What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
My chosen discipline is engineering, and I work in the airport development practice. I love working on fast-paced projects that provide safety improvements to airport tenants. I especially love to see our projects successfully constructed on time and under budget.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
It would definitely be rock climbing because whenever I watch expert climbers I am amazed.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
If I wrote a book about my life it would title, “The Adventures of Duane Dana.” My motto is, “work hard, play hard.” By living this motto, I have many stories of fun adventures.
