Tell us about your hobby.
It is currently being a good father. Kids grow fast and I want to be there as much as I can for them. Soon they will go off on their own and I don’t want to have regrets later about not spending enough time with them during these formative years.

What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
Human Resources. I love bringing new talent to organizations and seeing these individuals grow and meet their desired potential.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Back to Hawaii. I was born there and lived my first 10 years in Honolulu. My favorite spot is Hilo on the big island. It is a small quiet town full of that famous Hawaiian spirit. It is, however, very expensive to live there.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
People. In my career, I’ve met so many different types of individuals. I’ve seen the outstanding achievements that we are capable of and seen some dark things that we do to each other. I also traveled the country when I was in my twenties and witnessed a good cross section of our society in different regions.
