Why do you love engineering?
Engineering provides me with a way to help others solve their problems and achieve their goals. There is a great deal of satisfaction in successfully completing a project and thus furthering a relationship.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
After the hustle and bustle of life, it is rejuvenating to escape to a secluded location to unwind. Whether it is in the mountains or on a beach is less important than being away from it all and relaxing.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert, what would it be?
I would like to understand how to be the perfect husband. Even after over 30 years of marriage, I am still surprised on a regular basis as to how little I know about my wife.
What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
Finding the best engineering solution is a challenge and once this is completed it can be rewarding, but the most rewarding part of our profession is the relationships we build with our clients and our colleagues.
