Do you have a hobby? Tell us about it.

Playing and running tabletop roleplaying games, either in person or online. The most famous one I play is Dungeons and Dragons.

What is your chosen discipline (engineering, planning, surveying, etc)? Why do you love it?
IT. I love the feeling of empowerment and success when I solve computer problems or learn new technologies/applications.

What’s your superpower?

I’m really good at charming, befriending, and pacifying dogs.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Australia, because I grew up watching Australian movies and television thanks to a local video store with a large selection of them.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Economics, so I would have the knowledge to help run the world.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
“Down and Out in DC”: about my struggles as my idealistic young person in DC and how I survived my dreams turning into nightmares.

What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
Active Directory. It authenticates and authorizes users and computers on our network. It lets me give or deny you access to it.
