Flexing. AKA, bodybuilding. Weights, music, and sweat, that’s all I need to ease my stress and start the day.

What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
Accounting. Numbers, numbers, and more numbers, what’s not to love. I am all about having a process, doing the same thing the same way, EVERY time, so accounting is a perfect fit.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
A remote tropical beach with my family to relax and enjoy being with each other.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
No regrets. When faced with a challenge, I decide based upon which I think I would not regret later.
