What is your chosen discipline? Why do you love it?
Engineering: I love the technical challenge, the fact that you never stop learning, and the opportunity to make a difference in the way projects are developed and seen come to life.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
A downhill skier because I used to love to snow ski. I would get to be outdoors, be surrounded by beautiful scenery, no vehicles, fresh air, thrilling, and great exercise!

What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
I am just beginning a leadership training program, which is important, especially as a PM; I want to be the best I can be for my team. Public speaking is a large part of the program which is challenging and beneficial!
