Do you have a hobby? Tell us about it.
I have lots of hobbies, but above all I’m a ballroom dancer! It’s much more than a hobby, it is a way of life. I’m also a major reader and book clubber, an avid cook, baseball fan, a theatre geek, and I love to travel.

What is your chosen discipline (engineering, planning, surveying, etc)? Why do you love it?
I am a writer. It led to my Marketing career, where I get to tell the stories of our industry and the communities we serve!

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Italy. Because life there is rooted in the concept of “Dolce far niente.” Meaning the art of doing nothing. This mindset I can get behind.

What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
I’m learning Italian. Important because…it’s Italian!
