Arizona Public Service: Western Service Center

Dibble provided professional services for the topographic survey and design of an additional lane along the southbound side of SR-85, which will serve as an acceleration/deceleration lane for a new site access along the eastern property boundary of the future APS Western Service Center site (APS site). Dibble coordinated the site access location and lane lengths with United Civil Group and will design the additional lane. Dibble also prepared legal descriptions and exhibits in support of new RID easements along the western and eastern boundaries of the future APS site. As part of this design and survey work, Dibble participated in various meetings and coordination efforts with the Client, other consultants, ADOT, MCDOT, the City of Buckeye, and RID.
