Dibble provided civil engineering services and parking lot improvements for the Caris Diagnostics facility at the Allred Cotton Center. Dibble coordinated with multiple design teams working concurrently on the same campus and led the planning and zoning approval effort through the City of Phoenix.

Allred Cotton Center is in the heart of Metropolitan Phoenix, located within the 280-acre Cotton Center Business Community. This 65-acre, master-planned business park contains more than 1,000,000-sf of flex, office/industrial, and R&D space. Development of the project occurred in several phases over the course of 10 years.
