We’re thrilled to welcome Peter Higginbotham to Dibble’s Utilities group as our newest Senior Construction Inspector in the Phoenix office!

Peter brings a wealth of hands-on experience in construction inspection, with a strong background in infrastructure rehabilitation. Prior to joining Dibble, he worked with a contractor specializing in restoring and enhancing critical infrastructure—skills that align perfectly with our mission to build resilient, sustainable communities.

Originally from Virginia, Peter made the move to Arizona in 2016 and has since embraced the Southwest lifestyle. When he’s not on-site ensuring quality and safety, you might find him underwater—he’s a certified open water scuba diver who loves discovering new places and adventures.

Peter’s technical expertise, attention to detail, and passion for exploration make him a fantastic addition to our team. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make across our projects and partnerships.
