We’re excited to introduce Erica Trommler, the newest member of our Phoenix office! She joined Dibble as an Assistant Engineer with the Flood Control team in our Transportation Business Unit, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

Erica recently completed an impressive academic journey at Arizona State University, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and her Master’s in Construction Engineering. During her time at ASU, she also completed a hands‑on internship that provided valuable real‑world experience—experience she is already bringing to her work here at Dibble. She is now actively working toward her EIT certification as she continues building a strong foundation for her engineering career.

Originally from Southern California, Erica made Arizona her home in 2018. She brings not only technical talent but also a vibrant personality—her favorite dish is prickly pear cactus with chicken (yes, the real cactus!), and her favorite season is Christmas, which perfectly reflects the cheerful energy she brings to the office.

We’re thrilled to welcome Erica to the Flood Control team and look forward to the expertise, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective she’ll contribute to our projects and our clients.
