We’re excited to welcome Erica Shepelwich to Dibble and our growing Marketing Team! Erica joins us in our Denver office, bringing with her more than a decade of experience supporting architects, engineers, and construction managers through thoughtful storytelling and strategic marketing.

With over 10 years in the AEC industry, Erica has collaborated closely with project teams to develop compelling presentations and RFP/RFQ submissions for both public- and private-sector pursuits. Her ability to translate complex technical work into clear, engaging narratives makes her a valuable addition to our team and a strong partner for our clients.

Originally from North Carolina, Erica spent 10 years in Atlanta before making the move to Denver in 2019. Her career path is as creative as it is diverse—before transitioning into marketing, Erica worked as a professional actor. She spent several summers performing in Colorado theaters and also supported the arts community as a grant writer, combining her passion for creativity with a talent for persuasive writing.

When she’s not working, Erica enjoys making the most of Colorado’s outdoors. You’ll often find her hiking, biking, and exploring with her husband, their four-year-old daughter, and their dog, Burger.
