Congratulations to Dibble’s 2024 ACEC LEAP Graduates!

Congratulations to Dibble’s graduates from the 2024 ACEC Leadership in Engineering Administration Program (LEAP) class! We are proud to celebrate the achievements of Melissa Dunn, PE, Utilities Senior Project Engineer; Day Ramesh, PE, Structural Project Engineer; and Scott Odya, PE, Land Development Assistant Project Manager.

LEAP is a career development program designed for upwardly mobile young professionals in Arizona’s consulting engineering industry. LEAP develops successful business leaders who consistently serve our clients and create value in our firms.

Our graduates would like to share the following about their experiences:

“Being a participant in LEAP was better than I could have imagined. I was able to hone my soft skills, such as communication, management, and public speaking, while simultaneously making lasting connections with other up-and-coming leaders in our industry. The lessons I learned in LEAP are something I will carry with me throughout my career and beyond. I am thankful to Dibble for allowing me this opportunity and for believing in me as a leader.”

-Melissa Dunn, PE

“I want to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Greg Haggerty for sponsoring my participation in the program. ACEC did an excellent job organizing it, and it was a truly valuable experience. LEAP is an exceptional program for engineers to develop essential leadership skills for managing people and resources effectively. Through this program, I not only gained practical insights but also learned more about myself and how to navigate difficult and uncomfortable situations. I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this year’s LEAP.”

-Day Ramesh, PE

“The LEAP Program has given me the confidence to take my leadership skills to the next level. I look forward to applying what I learned to benefit our team, our clients, and our industry.”

-Scott Odya, PE

Congratulations to Melissa, Day, and Scott! We look forward to watching their continued success and leadership.
