Dibble provided survey and civil engineering services for the 15-story AC Hotel by Marriott located at the Arizona Center along 5th Street in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

Survey and civil engineering services included topographic survey, grading and drainage plans, schematic design and construction phase documents to include on-site plans, design of horizontal control and vertical design and control of site elements, design of water, sewer, and fire protection services, design of storm water conveyance, drainage statements, coordination of dry utilities, coordination with owner and design team; preparation of a storm water management plan; assisting with bidding and permitting for the City; and limited construction administration tasks.
