Dibble served on the Design-Build team and provided survey, civil design, and limited construction administration for the 2.25-acre site for both Arizona State University and the City of Phoenix. Civil improvements for this fast-track project included site development, grading and utility service to the new facility. Significant off-site improvements were included within the adjacent 1st Street, including half street roadway improvements with associated parking and drainage infrastructure. Special attention was focused on maintaining existing drainage patterns while minimizing drainage infrastructure in pedestrian areas. The project also included design of 1,000 linear feet of new 12-inch public water main.
