Dibble provided the civil engineering site design for a 2.4-acre
Municipal Court Facility for the City of Mesa. This Construction
Manager at Risk project includes site planning, utility design, and
grading and drainage for a single building which will be home
to 10 new City courtrooms and staff support space in downtown
Mesa. Pedestrian and vehicle access was provided to and from
an adjacent City parking garage. Underground retention was used
for stormwater storage to maximize the available area for building
layout and support space.
