Public Library near Asante Park

Dibble has provided civil services for the development of a 2-acre site that includes a 10,000 square foot Public Library for the City of Surprise near Asante Park. The project site is located in an existing basin and a drainage study with stormwater analysis was conducted. Other civil engineering services include fire, sewer and water building utility service connections; access driveway curb cuts; street improvements; on-site stormwater retention; and bidding and construction administration services. Traffic impact statements were compiled.
