Minimal Impact to Estrada Park

The City of Tempe’s new fire station is located at the southwest corner of Estrada Park on the east side of McClintock Drive between Warner Road and Palomino Drive. The goal of this project was to minimize the impact to the park, with the developed area to be 1.5 acres, and to maintain the existing storm water retention for the park subsequent to the fire station development. Dibble took the project through the entitlement phase, conducted an aerial topographic survey and provided utility potholing for locating utilities in conflict.
