Great Wolf Brand

Dibble successfully completed engineering services including grading, drainage and wet utility design, coordinating with the national design team of Great Wolf Resorts around the U.S., facilitating the incorporation of SRPMIC standards with the Great Wolf brand, analyzing water/sewer demands based on other specialty resorts across the U.S., and conducting a traffic study that incorporated special considerations for pedestrians and neighboring baseball stadium traffic. On-site water retention will be provided with above ground basins with underground storage within the parking lot. Two truck docks were designed into the site to accommodate two full-size semi-trucks.
