Dibble provided survey, civil engineering design, and construction phase services for the 210-room, 11-story Hampton Inn & Suites hotel located in Downtown Phoenix. Our team designed half-street roadway improvements to address off-site drainage conditions. Detailed grading design was required to ensure that an ADA drop-off for the hotel was provided without the use of steps, allowing for easy access by visitors while making the upgrade differential between the building finish floor and the adjacent roadway.
