Dibble provided survey, civil engineering design and construction phase services for the 210-room, 11-story Hampton Inn hotel located in Downtown Phoenix. Half-street roadway improvements were designed to address off-site drainage conditions. Detailed grading design was required to assure an ADA drop-off for the hotel was provided without the use of steps, allowing for easy access by visitors while making upgrade differential between the building finish floor and the adjacent roadway.
