Industrial Complex

Dibble provided survey, civil engineering and construction administration services for the Mesa Majestic Falcon Field industrial complex located at the Northwest corner of Higley Road and Ingram Street at Falcon Field, in Mesa, Arizona. This project includes a 85,554-sf, state of the art, industrial building and associated site improvements. The building is 40-feet in height and was assembled with concrete tilt construction. Retention basins are expected to meet the requirements per the City of Mesa for the 100-year, 2-hour storm.

Water and sewer services on-site were tied-in at the street level. Higley Road is fully improved adjacent to the site and no additional improvements other than a driveway cut were performed. Ingram Street is fully improved except for the sidewalk improvements and the driveway cuts that were installed with this project. No other off-site street improvements were planned. A submittal was filed to the Federal Aviation Administration to determine the effect of the building on the navigable airspace and/or air navigation facilities due to the building’s proximity to Falcon Field. Coordination and notification to the public, as part of the approval process, was conducted through a neighborhood meeting.
