Dibble provided civil conceptual design services for a new 145,000 square foot, three-story building on a 22-acre existing campus. The conceptual design was performed allowing for a better understanding of the civil challenges that will need to be considered with development of the site. Analysis included site grading and drainage, water and sewer infrastructure analysis and site access. Recommendations were made at the completion of the analysis. The site is located within a Zone AH floodplain requiring close coordination with both the Maricopa County Flood Control District and the City of Mesa.
