Revitalizing a gateway into downtown Mesa to provide safety improvements.

Dibble provided design services for widening one mile of Mesa Drive, including the intersection at Broadway Road. Design elements included roadway reconstruction, local stormwater conveyance, electric distribution conversion, gas line and service replacements, water main replacement, new sewer, signing and pavement marking, street lighting, traffic signals, site walls, and landscape and aesthetic improvements. Extensive coordination with stakeholders, including Salt River Project (SRP) Irrigation and the public, was required in both the design concept report (DCR) and final design phases.
