Dibble provided a host of civil engineering services for the new Polk Center High Rise that will be located on the southeast corner of Central Avenue & Polk Street in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The location of this multi-family development currently serves as a surface parking lot and is the west portion of the site that is currently being developed as the new Hampton Inn. On-site improvements included grading and drainage designs to meet City of Phoenix requirements and on-site retention for the greater of the first-flush or pre vs. post runoff net area.

Building Utility Services were engineered from existing utilities within the adjacent rights-of-way. Dibble also provided limited construction administration services.
