Dibble provided survey and design of the Arcadia Neighborhood Learning Center (ANLC) that sits on a 9-acre site at 62nd Street and Camelback Road. The project was phased during construction to allow the ANLC to remain open and operational. Improvements included a new two story classroom building, a multi-purpose building, and soccer fields. Dibble provided the civil site, grading and drainage, and utility design. The adjacent 62nd Street was redesigned and reconstructed to repair drainage concerns and maintain positive drainage patterns adjacent to the ANLC.
